女，汉族，1990年11月生，管理学博士，讲师。2011年中国青年政治学院公共管理系政治学与行政学专业本科，2014年北京师范大学政府管理学院行政管理专业硕士，2014/12-2017/06国家开放大学（西安）文法教学部教师，2023年西安交通大学公共政策与管理学院公共管理专业博士，2020/01-2020/08和2021/10-2022/10赴美国马里兰大学社会学系、马里兰人口研究中心公派联合培养。
